We are family-run real estate team investing in properties across the US. We primarily focus on multi-family residential and commercial housing.We have over 60 years of combined experience in various aspects of real estate - sales, finance, management, development.We work both independently and with partners depending on property type and market.Our approach is to build long-term relationships built on mutual respect and trust. We pride ourselves on attention to detail and laser focus on data-driven outcomes.
Strategy
We have two investment pools:Appreciation - Assets in this pool are selected due to high appreciation potential. These properties generate minimal cash flow to avoid high tax liability, but offer strong equity growth. We focus on class A/B properties in class A areas - top school districts, high property values, close to public transportation, etc.Cash Flow - Assets in this pool are targeted due to strong existing or potential cash flow. These generally tend to be in secondary and tertiary markets.We customize our allocation across these pools based on investor-specific needs. Investments generally range in size from $50k to $5M.
